OGQ Program

OGQ is a program of Foundation for Promotion of Sports and Games, a non-profit (Section8) organization. The mission of OGQ is to help Indian athletes win Olympic and Paralympic Gold medals.

Since its inception, OGQ has provided support to more than 430 Athletes. At the last three Olympics, India won a total of 15 medals. The training of 9 of those 15 medal winners was supported by OGQ. In the recently concluded Tokyo Paralympics 2020, India achieved its highest-ever medal tally with 19 medals, and the training of 10 of the medal winners was supported by OGQ.

Minosha India Limited has contributed CSR funds in OGQ program to support and provide training to the Indian athletes and para-athletes for the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics. The contribution made by the Company was mainly spend on:

i.   Training of the athletes;

ii.  Providing accommodation and food during training camps and competitions in India;

iii. Professional fees paid to Sports Psychologist, Physiotherapists & Nutritionists, Medical tests & Supplements; and

iv. Arranging equipment and sports kit and apparel, etc;  

The Company has become a partner in a national cause of creating Olympic and Paralympic Champions.
